Proxy Live Solutions is seeking a Cards Coordinator
The CC is responsible for preparing and inspecting cards to ensure smooth table operations and full game integrity. This role requires excellent accuracy, strict compliance with procedures and strong teamwork. CC supports the Shuffler Coordinator, Junior Shift Leader and Floor Management by maintaining high operational standards at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
- Strong communication skills and a positive service minded attitude
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible proactive and dependable
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends nights and public holidays
- No previous experience required full training provided
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Count sort and prepare cards according to company procedures and security standards
- Complete all required logs forms and documentation including incident related cases
- Inspect card condition throughout the shift and immediately report defects or irregularities
- Maintain equipment supplies and documentation in proper order and control
- Inspect a designated number of boxes per day with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure a clean organized and fully compliant workspace at all times
- Communicate any unusual findings discrepancies or potential risks to the Shuffler Coordinator or JSL
- Attend mandatory training workshops and meetings and follow all company rules and procedures
- Support daily operational needs as directed by the Shuffler Coordinator or JSL
- Perform any additional duties reasonably assigned by management
