Tazetec is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Junior Finance Specialist.

Your profile:

• Degree in finance or accounting;
• Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – not less than 1 year;
• Basic knowledge of accounting entries;
• Advanced Excel user;
• English – intermediate level and higher;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Ability to work within deadlines in a challenging environment.

Your day-to-day contribution:

• Managing payment system providers in terms of:
• Day-to-day reconciliations;
• Timely communication with providers on day-to-day matters;
• Effective cash management (money withdrawals/ top-ups, controlling balances);
• Posting accounting records related to the payments area;
• Support in internal accounting processes, set up and reconciliation automation by the internal tool;
• Communicating with reconciliation specialists on PSP matters.
• Tracing and calculating clients’ invoices;
• Analysing and optimising the company’s expenses, posting accounting records;
• Conducting day-to-day payments for the company’s operations;
• Preparing PLs for separate projects, cost analysis and control;
• Taking care of the day-to-day accounting duties and assisting the finance manager;
• Producing ad hoc reports when necessary;
• Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.

• I step: HR interview (30 minutes);
• II step: technical interview (1 hour);
• III step: introduction to the team (1.5 hours);
• IV step: final decision.
