Bft group is looking for an operations assistant
About the role:
The operations assistant supports the operations team in the daily coordination of tour activities. This entry-level role is ideal for a responsible and organized individual who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment. The position focuses on assisting with morning tour departures, guest coordination, logistics, and operational support.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests at the meeting point in the morning and ensure smooth group departures
- Coordinate tour groups and assist hosts and drivers when needed
- Respond to sms messages and operational inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage tour bookings
- Assist with logistics and daily tour coordination
- Help resolve technical issues and operational challenges during tours
- Communicate professionally with clients, including handling problematic situations
- Support the operations manager and team with assigned daily tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
- Availability in the mornings
- Preferably based in central Tbilisi
