HH Recruitment (www.HH.ge) is announcing a vacancy for the position of Corporate Lawyer for a company operating in the medical industry.

Main responsibilities

· Managing the company’s legal support and coordinating legal processes

· Preparing legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, acceptance-delivery acts, procedural documents, and related materials

· Communicating with foreign patients/clients

· Coordinating powers of attorney and contracts with a notary

· Representing the company before medical institutions, courts, administrative authorities, and private parties

· Analyzing legal documentation and preparing reports for responsible persons

· Resolving disputes through negotiations and seeking out-of-court solutions

· Identifying legal risks and embedding protection mechanisms in contracts

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (legal)

· Master’s Degree is desirable;

· Advocate’s license in Civil Law is Desirable

· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as Lawyer;

· Desirable International Company or Work Experience in the Medical Field;

· Fluent knowledge of English;

· Mandatory MS Office
