IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Financial Analyst in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.
Role Overview:
The role is focusing on preparing a full set of financial statements and management reports, analyzing P&L and key financial indicators, providing clear insights and commentary to management. Also supports annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, works closely with functional owners to detail and explain budgets, and prepare concise presentations on financial results to support decision-making.
Job Location: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of a full set of financial statements (FS) and management reporting for two markets.
- Analysis of P&L and key financial indicators, with preparation of comments and insights for management.
- Participation in the development of the annual budget and subsequent forecasts (latest estimate).
- Breakdown and detailed explanation of budgets in collaboration with functional owners.
- Preparation of presentations based on reporting period results.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Financial Accounting or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) within the FMCG, retail or distribution company.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or 1C) and BI reporting tools will be a strong advantage.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar field.
- Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English languages is a must.
