Type of Work: Full-time
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Relocation)
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Project Management:
- Lead and manage fit-out projects from initiation through completion;
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, including project managers, site Managers, engineers, draftsmen, and subcontractors;
- Ensure proper sequencing of works, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to project timelines;
- Monitor site progress, quality, and overall performance;
- Establish and implement project execution strategies and methodologies;
- Manage procurement planning in coordination with suppliers and ensure timely material delivery;
- Lead regular progress meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants;
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns;
Financial Management:
- Lead project financial management in close coordination with the CFO;
- Review, control, and approve project budgets, costs, and financial commitments;
- Develop and continuously update budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts;
- Monitor project margins and financial performance on a monthly basis;
- Review and approve Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and related documentation;
- Ensure accurate cost tracking, allocation, and reporting across all projects;
- Identify financial risks and implement corrective actions to protect profitability;
Technical & Commercial Responsibilities:
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of fit-out systems, materials, and execution details;
- Engage with potential clients, identify new opportunities, and support business development;
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and participate in negotiations;
- Lead the full tendering process, including review of drawings, specifications, and BOQs;
- Coordinate with the technical office for quantity take-offs and cost estimations;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio in Uzbekistan;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders;
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fit-out and construction projects;
- Strong technical understanding of fit-out works and construction sequencing;
- Proven experience in project and team management;
- Strong commercial mindset with client-facing experience;
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting;
- Experience in technical office or project controls is an advantage;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, Revit, and MS Project is required for planning, coordination, and reporting;
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory;
