RSM Georgia is announcing vacancy for the position of Accounting supervisor in the Accounting Outsourcing Department.

Responsibilities

• Supervising of the accountants' work in the firm.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department from the tax and accounting point of view.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with current tax and accounting standards.
• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
• Training accounting staff members and managing tax issues.

To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance;
• Knowledge of English fluently is essential;
• Working towards ACCA qualification;
• At least 2 years of recent relevant experience;
• At least 2 years of work experience as a chief accountant;
• Advanced oral and written communication skills;
• Experience of the team management;
• Highly motivated to learn and develop.
