Position Overview
The CRM (Bitrix24) Manager will be responsible for maintaining CRM data quality, ensuring adherence to sales processes, supporting system users, and driving CRM efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & System Management
- Administer and maintain the Bitrix24 CRM platform.
- Ensure stable and efficient CRM operation across departments.
- Coordinate with external consultants and developers regarding system enhancements and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and CRM optimization.
- Test and implement new CRM features and updates.
CRM Compliance & Data Quality Control
- Monitor daily compliance with CRM policies and sales procedures.
- Ensure all leads, contacts, deals, activities, and communications are properly recorded.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of sales pipelines and CRM records.
- Identify and address missing, delayed, or inaccurate entries.
- Monitor response times, follow-up activities, and adherence to established sales workflows.
- Prepare compliance and performance reports for management.
User Support & Training
- Train new employees on CRM processes and Bitrix24 functionality.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for sales and marketing teams.
- Provide ongoing support to CRM users.
- Develop user manuals, guidelines, and process documentation.
- Promote CRM best practices across the organization.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Analyze CRM workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams to improve reporting accuracy and data transparency.
- Support CRM-related projects and business initiatives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for management.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business process management, or CRM quality control.
- Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 is strongly preferred.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, development, or other sales-driven industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM.
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM workflows.
- Experience with CRM automation and reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to prepare management-level reports and dashboards.
Languages
- Excellent command of Georgian, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of Russian and/or English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
