Sheraton Batumi Hotel is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Restaurant Supervisor.
The candidates we are looking for should have experience in a field, good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented.

Sheraton Batumi Hotel opened in 2010 is the first international 5 star branded hotel in Adjara region.
Sheraton Batumi Hotel as the first international 5 star branded hotel in Adjara region introduced traditional Sheraton service excellence and soon became a symbol of hospitality and luxury. It was projected and constructed according to the conception of Lighthouse of Alexandria. Beside the visual resemblance Sheraton Batumi Hotel just like the Lighthouse of Alexandria is a “Shining White Star” which attracts tourists into Adjara and plays a significant role in development and improvement of region’s tourism industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records
- Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant
- Supervise every kitchen and dining room activity to ensure customer satisfaction always
- Schedule activities (including shifts) for the restaurant’s staff according to the restaurant’s standards or guidelines
- Review employee performance records and provide training to help improve their (employees) performance, when necessary
- Make sure that the restaurant attains every form of licensing requirement, like liquor licenses, and quickly attend to repairs that must be made within the restaurant.
Personal requirements:
- Leadership skills
- Possess a good level of English – both orally and written
- Enthusiastic, organized and team player
- Eye for detail and ability to cope with stress
- Food and beverage Knowledge
- Up selling & revenue orientated
- Active relationships with customers, employees and suppliers
