Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Site Architect/Engineer located in Tbilisi. The Construction Site Architect/Engineer will be responsible for Site supervising and reporting
- Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building code
- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines
- Communicate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to management team
- Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, and progress reports
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and escalate issues to project managers when necessary
- Ensure that construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards
Qualifications:
- Experience in writing reports
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Residency in Georgia is a requirement
