Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our team. He/she will be responsible for obtaining customers through cold calling, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships, while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Location: Remote
Working Hours: 17:00-02:00
Work Days: Monday-Friday
Salary: 2,500 - 5, 000 GEL

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
  • obtaining new client base through cold-calling
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements and skills:
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and motivate team members
  • Proficient in business development strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand complex products/services
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Language proficiency in English: C1 and above
