Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of People Operations Executive (HR Manager), for international company which operates in Tobacco Industry in Tbilisi, Georgia

Job Description
HR Operations
  • Manage HR employment issues, including hiring, termination processes, labor law compliance, contract renewals, dismissals, expatriate arrangements, and retirement processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive personnel records, including job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records, illness and absence records, transfers, and salary progression details.
  • Prepare detailed statistical reports for internal management, covering metrics such as absenteeism, overtime, and employee turnover.
  • Implement and administer employee rewards programs, including comprehensive benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate payroll-specific records, including changes in wage/salary rates, insurance details, mandatory deductions, and records of new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Verify and administer payroll data.
  • Provide HR consulting and coaching to employees to solve people and cultural issues, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory aspects of employment.
Employee Engagement
  • Implement measures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction while reducing turnover through initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, work lifestyle programs, onboarding programs, and diversity and inclusion programs and training.
  • Manage HR-specific communications, including employment terms and conditions, company codes of conduct etc.
  • Design and adopt programs that foster and transform the employee experience.
  • Measure and assess the impact of organizational policies and processes on the employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience to support engagement and productivity.
  • Develop and drive employee engagement, well-being, and I&D initiatives.

Main Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, law is Desirable
  • International Education is Desirable;
  • 2 years of an experience as a HR Generalist; HR Manager; HR Business Partner;
  • Overall Experience in HR Field 5;
  • Experience in International Organization;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluent in English and Russian
