Paint Your Life is looking for an English Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position - English Speaking Customer Service representative
Working days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 18:00-03:00 GE time.
The job is remote and will last until January/February.

Job requirements:
- Working experience minimum 6 month .
- Fluent in the English language - Excellent Verbal and writing skills are a must
- Personal Communication skills
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Job description:
- Responsible of answering incoming calls of Customers
- Responsible to do outgoing calls to follow up on the existing customers/orders
- Responsible of answering incoming E-mails of Customer
- Maintaining Customer account records in the system
- Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate and valid information by using the tools given on professional training
- Clarifying and resolving customer`s complaints
- Providing appropriate solutions within the time limits
- Selecting and explaining the best solution for customer
- Following up to ensure resolution
- Complete tasks given by the team leader
