Our company is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a Deputy CAMO Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification of aircraft and equipment.
• Monitor defects, delays, and engine removals, investigating and recommending remedial actions.
• Review technical data from manufacturers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance, performance improvements, and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with manufacturers and translate technical bulletins into internal documentation, such as Engineering Orders and Special Work Instructions.
• Evaluate specifications for modifications and repairs, advising on specialized tools and equipment.
• Review and update technical documents, including modifications, Technical Notices, and AMP Amendments.
• Support local modifications, maintenance schedule amendments, and concessions on aircraft and components.
• Assist in material management functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Engineering/ Planning department;
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and technical documentation;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• ⁠Knowledge of Russian and English;
• Knowledge of engineering systems will be an advantage.
