RSM Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the positions of HR&Social Expert/Manager at the consulting firm for the client in construction industry.

Paces of work: Kobi, Kazbegi region and/or Tskhere, Dusheti region.

  • Collect employee’s information and organize corporate events.
  • Manage all issues and work related to working permissions and ID cards for non-residents of Georgia (foreign citizens).
  • Ensure performance of instructions of direct Supervisor regarding legal compliance throughout human resource management, including labor contract management.
  • Ensure organizing of interviewing with new staff, and handle discipline and ensure termination of cooperation with employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure providing of necessary trainings for new employees, introduce safety norms, company regulations. Consult HR specialists, management, and others.
  • Ensure mediation between the local villagers, governmental organizations, local authorities, business and religious leaders, civil society organizations, stakeholders, project supervisors and employers, the project staff, etc. by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • To be involved with the company's management in meetings with the relevant parties about the project (including construction schedule, job opportunities, etc.) and the grievance redress mechanism.
  • Timely collect the negative emotions and complaints of the construction site personnel due to quarantine and others, handle and register them reasonably, and track them until they are eliminated.
  • Maintain keeping of detailed and accurate records of meetings with related parties, including agendas, meeting minutes, follow-up/action points.
  • to assist the authorized person/s within the scope of his competence in the preparation of the regular reports and documentation, such as weekly personnel dynamic records, HR management plan, social management plan, SEMP, etc.
  • Ensure supervising and inspection of the implementation of various contract clauses.
  • Carry out land leasing and acquisition works, cultural heritage issues, partially different legal issues in accordance with instructions of direct supervisor.
  • Perform other duties which correspond to his functions and competence as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in law/business administration
  • Minimum post qualified experience of 2 years is essential.
  • Knowledge of labor law.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
