Reports To: Sales Head

Located: Tbilisi, Georgia 
 
ABOUT BRAND AND REPRESENTATION: 
Karcher was founded in 1935 by Alfred Karcher, who was the first to manufacture air heating systems for aircraft engines. And later (in 1950), based on the requirements of the industry, he began to create high-pressure washing and steam machines and gradually focused only on the production of cleaning equipment. 
The company sells its products in more than 150 countries of the world, including Georgia, which has been operating since 2016. 
Currently, the representative office of Georgia (Kercher-Georgia) has 7 branches: the main branch in Tbilisi – in Dighomi, A. Beliashvili No. 167, Saburtalo: Vazha-Pshavela No. 4, A. Beliashvili No. 53. In Batumi- Petre Bagrationi No 129. In Kutaisi- Shota Rustaveli No 96. In Zugdidi- Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue 6 and In Telavi- Alazani Avenue 71. 
 
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 
  • B2B salespeople are responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish when selling products or services to other businesses. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Customer acquisition in the designated region - specifically: Georgia 
  • Monitoring the market and competition. 
  • Market Opportunities Analysis 
  • Achievement of the annual goals. 
  • Creating and managing a customer database in the company’s CRM system and Sales soft. 
  • Regular reporting to the Prof Channels Director. 
  • Collaboration with AK-GE marketing across the marketing mix (brochures, catalogs, websites, public relations, fairs, sales events) 
  • Active collaboration with AK-GE management and the complete sales team. 
  • Coordination and support of demonstration events, practical showcasing of machinery, accessories, etc. 
  • Processing and updating materials for product/user training based on documents from AKW. 
  • Implementation or support of product/user training for customers in Georgia 
  • Service product offerings in collaboration with the service manager. 
  • Active involvement in corporate team meetings. 
  • Other responsibilities connected to the role. 
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  
  • Bachelor's university degree in Business and at least 3 years successful experience as Corporate Sales Representative with strong analytical and communicational skills, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Experience required: B2B Sales Representative, Sales experience minimum 3 years. 
  • Confident and dynamic personality with focus on collaboration.  
  • Experience in project management. 
  • Moderation skills and willingness to work cross functional. 
  • Analytical talent, result orientation and communication skills, paired with 
  • Change management skills and a strong customer focus. 
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS  
  • Proficient English and Russian written and verbal communication skills.  
 
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Proficient with MS Office, 1C.
